Pricing tiers
Discounts apply to parts, feet, needles, bobbins and thread. Extension tables, cabinets and machines are quoted individually. Where a manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price, trade pricing is shown only inside your account, never on the public site.
Who qualifies
Sewing machine repair shops, dealers, quilt shops with a service bench, alterations businesses, upholstery and garment production floors, and schools. We ask for a business name, a resale or tax ID, and the brands you service.

Is there a minimum order?
The first trade order is $250. After that there is no minimum, though the discount tier depends on monthly volume.
Do you drop-ship to my customers?
Not at launch. Orders ship to the business address on the account.
Can I get a quote on a part you don’t list?
Yes. Email the part number and machine model to support@ultimatesewingandvac.com and we will check availability with our distributors.
Do you offer net terms?
For established accounts after three paid orders. New accounts pay by card at checkout.
