Good to know

Janome model numbers are on the back or underside and include the prefix (MC, DC, S, HD, QDC) — search with it. Janome also makes machines sold under Kenmore and Elna names, and some parts here name those models too.

Janome feet are sized to the machine's stitch width — 5 mm, 7 mm and 9 mm — and a 9 mm foot on a 7 mm machine will not work. Each foot page states the width where the distributor gives it.
