Mettler Transfil is a fine monofilament thread in clear and smoke that disappears into the fabric, for invisible appliqué, stitch-in-the-ditch quilting and attaching trims.

This listing is the Mettler Transfil line, available here in 2 colors — choose the shade from the selector. Each spool is 1000 m per spool, 5 spools.

Use it for: Invisible machine appliqué, ditch quilting, hems where no thread should show.
Needle: Microtex 70/10.

Lower the upper tension and use a cotton or polyester thread in the bobbin. Keep the iron away from monofilament; it melts.
