Metallic thread has a polyester or nylon core wrapped in a metallized film, giving a true metal sheen for decorative stitching and machine embroidery.
13 colors of the Mettler Metallic line are available on this page. Each spool is 100 m per spool, 5 spools.
Use it for: Decorative stitching, machine embroidery, quilting accents.
Needle: Metallic or Topstitch 90/14 — the elongated eye stops the film from shredding.
Sew slowly, lower the upper tension, and use a thread net or vertical spool pin so the thread feeds without twisting.
