Isacord is a 40wt trilobal polyester embroidery thread used in commercial embroidery shops worldwide. It is strong enough to run at 1,000+ stitches per minute without breaks, colorfast, chlorine-resistant, and the 1,000 m spool size is the commercial standard.

This spool is Isacord (Amann) Isacord 40wt, 40wt.

Use it for: Machine embroidery on everything from caps to towels; also used for decorative machine quilting.
Needle: Embroidery 75/11 or 90/14.
